Today Brian and I walked to the grocery store. Well, we started out walking. We left the house dressed in rain jackets. There was a light rain. We walked around Escazu for awhile and then hailed a taxi and rode the rest of the way to the store. I almost got hit by a car, but was completely oblivious to it so it was not stressful to me. We took a taxi home and it started pouring as soon as we got into the house.
We also met our housekeeper, Juana, today. She was here for 4 hours. She is very nice, and is helping to teach us to communicate.
Mittens is still not feeling well.
